Celtics' Avery Bradley sitting out finale against Bucks

MILWAUKEE (AP) Boston guard Avery Bradley is sitting out the Celtics' regular-season finale at Milwaukee on Wednesday night because of a left quad contusion.

Coach Brad Stevens said Bradley stayed home to get treatment, but indicated that he should be ready when the playoffs begin this weekend.

''All indications are he should be good to go when that time comes,'' Stevens said.

Bradley is averaging 13.9 points. He did not return after limping off the floor early in the second half Tuesday night in a 95-93 win over Toronto in Boston.

Luigi Datome was scheduled to start in his place against the Bucks.

Stevens said he also planned to rest guard Isaiah Thomas, who is averaging 19 points in 21 games since being traded to Boston from Phoenix.
