Bulls' Noah out for Game 4 vs. 76ers

Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah is out for Game 4 of the playoffs against the Philadelphia 76ers because of a sprained left ankle.

Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau says Noah is feeling better but is ''not good enough to go'' Sunday. Thibodeau says Noah is day to day for the rest of the series.

Noah was injured midway through the third quarter of Game 3 when he stepped on Andre Iguodala's foot driving the lane and crashed to the court. Noah instantly grabbed his left ankle in pain.

The 76ers lead the top-seeded Bulls 2-1. The Bulls are already playing without Derrick Rose. Rose is out for the season after tearing a knee ligament in the series opener
