Amy Schumer consoles LeBron on Twitter after Finals loss

LeBron James has a lot of haters, but on the bright side, Amy Schumer isn’t one of them.

James and the Cleveland Cavaliers lost to the Golden State Warriors in six games in this year’s NBA Finals, giving LeBron four Finals losses in six tries and extending his city’s title drought to 51 years.

That’s enough to make anyone feel down in the dumps, but Schumer came to the rescue early Wednesday morning with some encouraging words.

Well, there you have it.

There’s another motive to this tweet, of course, as the actress is starring in an upcoming film in which James makes an appearance. That the film is called “Trainwreck” might not cheer up the guy whose team just blew a 2-1 series lead, but hey, at least Schumer is trying.
