Chicago White Sox third baseman Todd Frazier left Wednesday's game against the Texas Rangers in the fourth inning after injuring himself diving into the stands to make a play.

Multiple reporters in attendance at Globe Life Park in Arlington, Texas, tweeted that Frazier appeared to have hit his head on a chair in the stands while attempting to chase down a foul ball.

While it was a scary moment for anyone watching the game, White Sox radio announcer Hawk Harrelson was so concerned that he stepped away from the broadcast booth to check on Frazier. When he returned, he described what he saw in the clubhouse.

The team later revealed that Frazier is day-to-day.
