Watch: Astros' Triple-A outfielder scales hill to make amazing catch
Maybe it's a bad thing that the Houston Astros will do away with Tal's Hill in center field before the 2016 season.
Andrew Aplin, an outfielder currently playing for Houston's Triple-A affiliate Fresno Grizzlies, demonstrated on Tuesday night that he's fully capable of tackling any obstacles an oddly-designed outfield may throw at him.
Just check out this play, in which he raced back to center field, stumbled as the angle of the hill became an issue and held on for what turned out to be a pretty miraculous catch:
There's no way around it - that's an impressive grab, and perhaps even one that current Astros center fielder Carlos Gomez would find worthy of a celebration.

As for Aplin, the 24-year-old is hitting .253/.364/.324 in 56 games with the Grizzlies this season, as he tries to build up his resume in hopes of being among the next crop of young talent to make it to Minute Maid Park.
