Colorado Rockies starter Drew Pomeranz was lifted after pitching four innings Friday night against the New York Mets because of tightness in his left forearm.

Pomeranz was removed with the game tied 2-2. He was replaced by reliever Esmil Rogers.

The left-hander allowed two runs, one earned, on five hits. He walked three and struck out four in his third start of the season.
