Philly, NYC mayors make community service wager

The mayors of Philadelphia and New York have made a community service bet on the World Series. Each mayor will host a public arts project regardless of who wins. But if the Philadelphia Phillies repeat as champions, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg will come to Philadelphia to help paint a mural at a recreation center. And he'll have to wear a Phillies jersey while he does it. If the Yankees win, Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter will travel to New York to help paint the interior of a school. And yes, he'll have to wear the Bronx Bombers' pinstripes. Bloomberg says he's already picked out a Derek Jeter jersey for Nutter. The mayor of the losing city will also buy lunch for the winning mayor and his fellow volunteers.
