Pittsburgh Pirates right-hander A.J. Burnett was doing an on-field, pregame interview with the boys at Intentional Talk on the MLB Network when he was photobombed by a creature from the Star Wars universe.

At 4-7, the Pirates right-hander might be having a tough year, but he still seems to have a sense of humor ... plus, his Bucs are in first place.

His Twitter page intro reads, "Pirates pitcher, bass fisherman, zombie slayer, and....I'm Batman. My family rocks!"

Fortunately, the wookie didn't get a hold of a rosin bag the way some of Burnett's teammates pranked the pitcher on April 1 of this season.
