Could a grande blonde French vanilla get Yankees star Derek Jeter back to baseball before the All-Star break?

Who knows what Jeter’s favorite coffee is, or how his rehab from his broken ankle is progressing. There is now photographic evidence, however, that Jeter stopped by Starbucks the other day, and he walked off with a coffee designated for “Philip.”

Whether Jeter was stealing some unsuspecting patron’s hot beverage, taking a treat back to teammate Phil Hughes or accidentally revealing his secret name will be tough to figure out. But if you’re ever in New York and see a dead ringer for Derek Jeter who answers to Philip, move in for an autograph, OK?
