Chad Johnson used to soak his sprained ankles in teammates' warm urine

Pretty much everyone who played sports has experienced a sprained ankle in their life.

And what most of us would do to heal our sprained ankles was use the "RICE" method -- rest, ice, compression and elevation. This is a tried and true solution.

Apparently, Chad Johnson has a different idea.

On "Mike and Mike" Wednesday, Johnson revealed that he would use his teammates' warm urine to heal his sprained ankles in the NFL.

"You know what I did for ankle sprains?" Johnson said. "I would collect warm urine from my teammates, heat it up and put my ankle in it for 30 minutes."

I don't know, man. Johnson is a different kind of bird. Here's the clip:
