Impact Allen and the rest of the offense put only three points on the scoreboard during a first half in which Buffalo punted four times and the third-year quarterback threw an interception. However, after the Bills' first drive of the second half ended on downs, Allen was able to lead a trio of nine-play touchdown drives over the next four possessions, along with a 14-play, 70-yard march that culminated in a game-tying field goal. Although the Bills ultimately went three-and-out on their sole overtime possession, Allen's day was certainly an unqualified success from a fantasy perspective and included his first 100-yard rushing effort of the season, as well as his first touchdown on the ground since Week 8. Allen's first opportunity to put the disappointing loss behind him and attempt to firm up his team's increasingly tenuous playoff positioning comes in a favorable Week 15 home matchup against the Panthers, assuming further tests on his injured leg don't reveal damage that would require him to miss time.

Throws touchdown despite wind Allen completed 15 of 30 passes for 145 yards and a touchdown in Monday night's 14-10 loss to the Patriots. He also rushed six times for 39 yards but lost a fumble.

Impact Allen unsurprisingly wasn't particularly efficient on a night when wind gusts around 50 miles per hour made it extremely difficult to throw. Compared to opposing quarterback Mac Jones' mere three attempts, however, Allen had far more chances through the air. He capitalized on a New England fumble by throwing a 14-yard touchdown to Gabriel Davis in the first quarter, but that only came after a bad handoff exchange between he and tailback Matt Breida resulted in a fumble of Allen's own. While he managed to compensate with decent yardage on the ground, leading the Bills in the category, the inclement weather combined with a stingy Patriots defense restricted Allen's overall output.

Highly efficient despite mistakes Allen completed 23 of 28 passes for 260 yards with four touchdowns and two interceptions in Thursday's 31-6 win over the Saints. He also rushed eight times for 43 yards.

Impact Coming back from a stretch where he'd thrown five interceptions over the previous three games, Allen started off the contest hot by leading a 10-play, 65-yard march that he capped off with a seven-yard touchdown toss to Dawson Knox. He eventually helmed another possession that ended in a field goal before short-circuiting the Bills' last two drives of the first half with interceptions in New Orleans territory. Allen would atone in the third quarter by leading scoring marches of 75 and 53 yards on Buffalo's first two possessions, capping those off with scoring passes to Stefon Diggs (five yards) and Knox (24 yards). Allen would eventually close out the scoring for either club with a 23-yard touchdown pass to Matt Breida, making it a stellar fantasy effort overall. While the continued turnovers are a concern, Allen heads into a Week 13 showdown with the Patriots on Monday night, Dec. 6 with plenty of momentum stemming from Thursday's effort.

Impact Allen was intercepted on an ill-advised 3rd-and-18 throw to cap Buffalo's opening drive. The next possession almost ended with another interception, but a review determined that the ball hit the ground on the play in question. Allen made the most of the second chance, finding Stefon Diggs for a six-yard touchdown, but it was all Colts outside of that drive. Indianapolis picked off Allen again in the third quarter en route to a 38-7 lead before Allen found Diggs for a nine-yard touchdown and ran in a two-point conversion in the fourth. While his ceiling remains among the highest at the quarterback position any given week, Allen has now thrown five interceptions in the past three games after totaling just three over his first seven contests. He'll look to reverse that recent trend on Thanksgiving against the Saints.
