Drew Mestemaker - Costly turnovers in loss Mestemaker was 21-for-34 passing for 294 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions during Friday's 34-21 loss versus Tulane. He also had 11 rushes for 14 yards.
Impact The redshirt freshman quarterback showed flashes of command with nearly 300 yards and a pair of touchdown strikes, but the three interceptions proved costly and stalled multiple potential scoring drives. The 6-foot-3 signal-caller battled throughout, connecting on chunk plays and keeping the game within reach despite constant pressure. Overall, Mestemaker enjoyed a good campaign, completing 292 of 418 passes (69.9 percent) for 4,119 yards, 31 touchdowns and seven interceptions across 13 outings.

Maurice Turner - DNP vs. North Texas Turner (undisclosed) did not play in Friday's game against North Texas.
Impact Turner was deemed questionable leading up to the AAC Championship game but was unable to go as he still recovers from an injury. He will be back for next week's game in the playoffs.
DECEMBER 6, 2025 ROTOWIRE
Johnny Pascuzzi - Tallies 54 snaps in AAC title game Pascuzzi (undisclosed) logged 54 snaps in Friday's AAC Championship Game versus North Texas.
Impact Pascuzzi was listed as questionable on the pregame availability report, but that was a common designation handed out to a hefty portion of the roster, and the vast majority of the group suited up. Even so, Pascuzzi was unable to replicate his recent success as a receiver, where he'd racked up seven grabs for 116 yards over the last three games, failing to haul in a pass Friday. He should have at least one more opportunity to add to his season totals in a likely CFP appearance.
