Impact The UTSA quarterback had sat out spring practice and the spring game as a precaution, but this confirms McCown is back to full health after his offseason procedure and should enter fall camp without restrictions. Last season, he tossed for 2,995 yards, 30 touchdowns and seven interceptions, and the gunslinger is one of the best in the Group of Six.
