Impact Reese joins his new program after one year with Mississippi State and two years prior at Eastern Michigan. The junior tight end's most productive season was in 2024, when he totaled 27 receptions for 232 yards and two touchdowns.

Dominic De Freitas - Heading to Denton De Freitas announced his committment to play for North Texas for the 2026 season via his X account Wednesday.

Impact De Freitas will join the Mean Green following a single season with Appalachian State. The 6-foot kicker converted 20-of-27 field goal attempts while making all 33 of his extra point tries on the season. He will retain three years of eligibility with North Texas moving forward.

The 6-foot-1 wide receiver caught 56 of his 75 targets for 911 yards and eight touchdowns. 2025 was Dorner's first taste of Division I action, as the wideout spent the previous three campaigns at the Division II level.
