Connor Vaughn - Slated to return in spring ball Vaughn (undisclosed) will return to the Mean Green during their spring practice period, per NTDaily.com.

Impact Vaughn underwent surgery this offseason that held him out for the early portions of spring ball, but he is back in action for the North Texas offense. The tight end caught seven passes fro 59 yards last fall, numbers he'll look to build on in 2026.

Josiah Martin - Lands at North Texas Martin will transfer to North Texas, per the school's official 2026 roster.

Impact Martin didn't play in 2025 with Oklahoma, but the year prior, he logged 12 catches for 112 yards with California. Now, he'll take his talents to the Mean Green, where he'll look to crack the wide receiver rotation immediately. Martin should have three years of eligibility remaining.

Impact Milliner entered the portal after three seasons at UAB. Over his past two campaigns, he totaled 757 receiving yards and six touchdowns. He'll likely compete for a starting role with North Texas.

Nick Osho - Heading to Denton Osho has committed to play for North Texas for the 2026 season, per the team's official X account.

Impact Osho will join the Mean Green following two seasons with Indiana State. The 6-foot -2 running back had a breakout season with the Sycamores in 2025, running for 685 yards and eight touchdowns on 5.8 YPC on the ground while adding 10 receptions for 42 yards and a score through the air as well. He will retain two years of eligibility with UNT moving forward.

Brendon Haygood - Signs with North Texas Haygood has signed with North Texas, according to the team's announcement Tuesday.

Impact While enrolled at Missouri, Haygood logged fewer than five carries, all during one game against Louisiana-Lafayette. Ideally for the running back, North Texas uses much more of him.

Impact Jackson saw consistent playing time for the first time in his career last season. He appeared in 11 games, completing 63.5 percent of his passes for 2,151 yards and a 10:8 TD:INT. He added three rushing touchdowns. The senior is by far the most experienced quarterback in North Texas's room, but he may have to win the starting job during the offseason.

Max Reese - Joins North Texas Reese (transfer portal) has committed to joining North Texas for the 2026 campaign, the team announced.

Impact Reese joins his new program after one year with Mississippi State and two years prior at Eastern Michigan. The junior tight end's most productive season was in 2024, when he totaled 27 receptions for 232 yards and two touchdowns.

Dominic De Freitas - Heading to Denton De Freitas announced his committment to play for North Texas for the 2026 season via his X account Wednesday.

Impact De Freitas will join the Mean Green following a single season with Appalachian State. The 6-foot kicker converted 20-of-27 field goal attempts while making all 33 of his extra point tries on the season. He will retain three years of eligibility with North Texas moving forward.

Jahiem White - Lands at North Texas White will transfer to North Texas, per Matt Zenitz of CBSSports.com.

Impact White was highly productive in his first two seasons in Morgantown, rushing for over 840 yards and in each year and totaling 11 touchdowns. As a junior, he only played two games before he sustained a season-ending knee injury. Now, he'll take his talents to Denton, where he'll have two years of eligibility remaining with the Mean Green. This is an excellent pickup to bolster the North Texas backfield.
