Locklan Hewlett - Sees action Hewlett was 7-for-12 passing for 45 yards and one interception during Wednesday's 24-10 defeat to Old Dominion.

Impact South Florida gave Gaston Moore the start, but he got banged up, meaning the Bulls needed to insert Hewlett into the game. The true freshman hadn't played since the opener, and he predictably struggled in just the second game of his career. He'll be able to write 2025 off as a redshirt year and should have four seasons of eligibility remaining.

Nykahi Davenport - Kept under wraps in bowl game Davenport tallied seven rushes for nine yards and hauled in both of his targets for 13 yards during Wednesday's 24-10 loss versus Old Dominion.

Impact Davenport's struggles encapsulate the Bulls' struggles moving the ball in the bowl game, tallying just 10 points in the contest. The sophomore running back closes out 2025 with 98 carries for 612 yards and seven touchdowns, adding five catches for 50 yards. The question now changes to whether or not he'll return to the Bulls in 2026, with head coach Alex Golesh taking the head coaching job at Auburn.

Gaston Moore - Suffers injury in bowl game Moore (head) suffered an injury and was knocked out of Wednesday's 24-10 loss to Old Dominion in the Cure Bowl, per Craig Smith of AtoZSports.com.

Impact Moore suffered the injury in the second half against ODU after receiving a hard hit from an Old Dominion defender and hitting his head hard on the ground. The 6-foot-2 quarterback was abel to get up and walk off the field but did not return to what is likely his final collegiate game. Prior to his injury, Moore had thrown for 236 yards and on touchdown to two interceptions while completing 71.4 percent of his passes in his first start of the season. With no remaining eligibility, Moore will look to move on to other things moving forward.

Jeremiah Koger - Stays hot in Cure Bowl Koger reeled in 4 of 8 targets for 68 yards and one touchdown during Wednesday's 24-10 loss versus Old Dominion.

Impact Koger caught another touchdown and closed out the season catching multiple passes over his last nine games, totaling 38 grabs for 597 yards and eight touchdowns. The true freshman was a star on a good Bulls' offense, and he could feasibly earn himself a lot of money by way of the transfer portal if he elected to go to a bigger program. Still, with noted wide receiver guru Brian Hartline taking over the head coach position in Tampa, Koger has plenty of options.

Impact Neptune, who missed the final two games of the regular season due to an undisclosed injury, is set to make his return to the field Wednesday. With Keshaun Singleton (hand), Chas Nimrod (leg) and Mudia Reuben (undisclosed) all out, he could be set for a large role in the bowl game.

Impact Reuben will miss his second game of the season in the Cure Bowl. The senior wideout caught 36 passes for 495 yards and five touchdowns this fall in a career year. He'll likely now look for opportunities at the next level.

Keshaun Singleton - Not dressed for bowl game Singleton (hand) is not dressed ahead for Wednesday's game versus Old Dominion, Colby Allfrey of The Bay Area Examiner reports.

Impact Singleton is not in uniform for the Cure Bowl and has his left hand wrapped up in a brace or a soft cast. It's a tough blow for the Bulls not to have their most productive receiver who caught 50 passes for 877 yards and eight touchdowns this season. Jeremiah Koger and Media Reuben are set for more opportunities in Singleton's absence.

Chas Nimrod - In street clothes ahead of bowl Nimrod (leg) is in street clothes ahead of South Florida's Cure Bowl clash with Old Dominion, per Colby Allfrey of The Bay Area Examiner.

Impact Nimrod is now set to miss his seventh straight game. The wideout reeled in 26 catches for 466 yards and three touchdowns over six games, but will officially see his 2025 campaign come to a close. It's unclear if Nimrod has any additional eligibility he can squeeze out of the NCAA.
