FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (AP) The New York Jets have claimed tight end Jerome Cunningham off waivers from the Giants, and waived running back-kick returner Dri Archer.

Also Monday, the Jets signed cornerback Bryson Keeton, a tryout player in rookie minicamp over the weekend, and waived tight end Adrien Robinson.

Cunningham had his first eight NFL receptions last season for the Giants. He was signed as a rookie free agent in 2014 after going undrafted out of Southern Connecticut State in 2013.

Archer was signed by the Jets to a reserve-future contract in February after two seasons with Pittsburgh.

Keeton had 21 passes defensed in two seasons at Montana State.

Robinson was a fourth-round pick of the Giants in 2012, and signed a reserve-future contract with the Jets in January.
