2026 NFL Draft Order After Giants Week 17 Win Over Raiders
There's a new team that controls its own destiny to get the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft entering the final week of the regular season.
In a battle between the NFL's only two-win teams in Week 17, the Giants dominated the Raiders, 34-10. That means Las Vegas is now in control of the No. 1 overall pick, with New York losing control of getting the top pick in next year's draft with the loss. The Giants only dropped one spot in the draft order, now holding the No. 2 overall pick, as their strength of schedule is weaker than the other three teams that have three wins.
So, if the Raiders lose to the Chiefs in Week 18, they'll get the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
While Sunday's Giants-Raiders game had the biggest stakes for the order in the 2026 NFL Draft, there were a handful of other games that could help sort out who'll pick in the top 10 come April. So, let's take a closer look at the 2026 NFL Draft order as Week 17 develops:
