Why did Brad Stevens compare Jae Crowder to Kevin Garnett?

Kevin Garnett's work ethic changed the Boston Celtics' entire culture when he arrived in 2007. Even after he left, the team still looks to treat ever practice like it's a game, and Jae Crowder is the one player who leads the way.
At least, that's what Brad Stevens thinks. Here's MassLive's Jay King with more:
Crowder isn't nearly as effective on the court as Garnett used to be, but his intensity is contagious. Crowder hustles on every possession and his primary strength is on the defensive end.
If every Celtic played as hard as he does every night, they'd be damn near unbeatable. That or they'd run themselves into the ground.
Over the weekend, Boston Celtics head coach Brad Stevens compared Jae Crowder to Kevin Garnett. Stevens wasn't calling Crowder a future Hall of Famer or suggesting the forward spends an inordinate amount of time pounding his chest. But in the Celtics organization, people still tell tales of Garnett's work ethic. Based on everything Stevens has heard, the former MVP wasted very little time in the gym. Crowder's the same way.
