Watch Stan Van Gundy completely blow off Dave Joerger

The post-game handshake between two head coaches is a respectful tradition. Rarely does it turn sour, but after last night's game between the Detroit Pistons and Memphis Grizzlies, Stan Van Gundy decided to give Dave Joerger the cold shoulder.

Van Gundy has somewhat of a reputation for being a surly dude, but that attitude is reserved for the media, his players and the general public. What's the deal with giving the business to a fellow head coach? Also, hey Stan, your team won the game!

Joerger played it off as best he could, rolling his eyes and looking genuinely shocked to get blown off the way he did. Hopefully we get an explanation.
