WATCH: Kevin Durant can't catch easy pop-up at celebrity softball game
Kevin Durant is evidently recovering nicely from the foot injury that limited him to playing just 27 games for the Thunder last season.
Durant appeared at a celebrity softball game hosted by Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman over the weekend, and when Jamal Crawford of the Clippers lofted a routine fly ball to centerfield, the 2014 NBA MVP couldn't find a way to come up with what appeared to be an extremely easy catch.
We'll choose to look at the bright side here, which is the fact that Durant seemed to jog without issue on his way to commit the embarrassing play. If all goes as planned, he should be back on the basketball court in time for the start of next season, which is clearly where he belongs.
