Let's jump in our time machines and head back to 2012. If you're LeBron James, make sure you don't actually jump over the time machine, because if you do, you'll miss this:

That's one of James' more famous dunks from his time with the Heat. There's actually a photo of it in the hallway at American Airlines Arena in Miami. But how about the guy LeBron leapt over, John Lucas III? What ever happened to him?

That's right. He just signed with the Heat this week, and apparently, he's already having flashbacks.

From Surya Fernandez of Hot Hot Hoops:

Here's the transcription of what Lucas had to say, in case you can't listen to the video:

Ah, man. I got off the plane yesterday, and somebody was like, 'Hey, that's the dude LeBron jumped over!' When I got off the plane, I was like, well, welcome to Miami. That's what I said to myself. You know, it's good. Hey, it was a hell of a play. I mean, I haven't watched it in a while, but every time I walk into the locker room—they've got the big picture of him jumping before you enter into the locker room. So, I'm always reminded of what happened here. Juwan Howard pointed it out to me, but, you know, it's part of the game.

At least Lucas has a good sense of humor about this, because it probably won't ever go away fully.
