The Golden State Warriors have agreed to a one-year deal with free-agent center Jermaine O’Neal, ESPN reports.
O’Neal, 34, averaged 8.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game for the Phoenix Suns during the 2012-13 season.
The 17-season NBA veteran is a six-time All-Star, who most recently played in 2007 with the Indiana Pacers. Limited to just 49 games in the previous two season, O’Neal had a strong bounce-back campaign this past season.
ESPN also reports the Warriors have agreed to a deal with free-agent point guard Toney Douglas. He averaged 7.5 points, 2.1 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.9 rebounds per game this past season with the Houston Rockets and Sacramento Kings.
