Physicality nothing new for Bulls, Bucks

Published Apr. 23, 2015 11:08 a.m. ET

Monday night's 91-82 Chicago Bulls victory didn't come without its bruises. A litany of technical fouls were issued amidst multiple skirmishes, and Milwaukee big man Zaza Pachulia was ejected for his altercation with Nikola Mirotic, who will miss Game 3 with injury.

Young Buck John Henson says his particular role in the extra-physical action is nothing new, though. His scuffle with Aaron Brooks was a culmination of tension that had built throughout the regular season.

"Going back four or five games, he shot me a couple elbows, a couple cheap shots," Henson later said of Brooks, according to Charles F. Gardner of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. "It kind of built up to that moment right there. That wasn't just a one-time thing."

We'll see if this enmity continues, when the two teams square off tonight in Milwaukee for Game 3 of the first-round series which Chicago leads, 2-0, at 8:00 PM ET.
