New Wizards owner Leonsis posts list of changes

New Washington Wizards owner Ted Leonsis has posted on his blog a ''List of 101 Signs of Visible Change'' undertaken since he gained control of the NBA team in June.

The improvements are based on fan suggestions.

No. 2 on the list: ''Reconnect with Gilbert Arenas.'' That, like the other 100 items, has a check mark in the column labeled ''Completed?'' Then, in the column labeled, ''What we're doing,'' Leonsis writes: ''Met with Gilbert and connected in person and via e-mail.''

No. 31 is ''Change Wizards' team name to Bullets,'' which is ''Under consideration.''
