Nets waive forward Brandon Davies

NEW YORK (AP) Brandon Davies has been waived by the Brooklyn Nets after a little less than a month with the team.

The Nets acquired the forward from Philadelphia on Dec. 11 when they traded Andrei Kirilenko.

Davies appeared in seven games for the Nets, averaging 2.3 points and 1.4 rebounds.
