Front office support makes Draymond Green feel like he wants to be 'a Warrior forever'
The always-controversial Draymond Green has never been, currently is not, and never will be afraid to speak his mind to the media.
During Wednesday's NBA Finals press conference -- after he was done announcing the hypothesis "I let my teammates down ... I have a strong belief that if I play Game 5, we win" to reporters -- Dray discussed the support he's received from the Golden State Warriors' front office despite the drama he's caused during his tenure with the team.
You can question all you want whether Myers would do the same for a player whose absence didn't result in the Warriors performing 27.4 points per 100 possessions worse without said individual in the lineup, but one thing's for sure: On the court, at the press conference podium and/or suspended watching baseball in a suite during a basketball game Green is supposed to be playing in, Warriors management has his back.
