Ellis scores 32 points, Pacers beat Nuggets 109-105 in OT

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) Monta Ellis scored a season-high 32 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead the Indiana Pacers to a 109-105 overtime win against the Denver Nuggets on Saturday night.

Ellis missed a 3-pointer with the game tied 99-99 as regulation ended, but he converted a three-point play with 20.4 seconds left in overtime to seal it and send the Pacers to a second straight victory.

Danilo Gallinari led Denver with 23 points, and Kenneth Faried added 16 points and 12 rebounds. Gary Harris scored 18 points and rookie Nikola Jokic had 16 points and 11 rebounds.

Pacers starting center Ian Mahinmi sat out with sore lower back.
