Did Phil Jackson predict future in ad?

The Zen Master may have some serious psychic powers.

Late last week, Reddit user “fughp” dug up a 2005 Toyota commercial (above) that features a Jedi incarnation of Phil Jackson and accurately portends the 2013 NBA postseason.

As most remember, hundreds of Miami Heat fans departed AmericanAirlines Arena with significant time still remaining in Game 6 of the 2013 NBA Finals. The Heat trailed the Spurs by five with less than 30 seconds remaining but mounted a furious comeback, eventually winning in overtime and staving off elimination.

The fans who exited early were left pounding hopelessly on the doors from outside, an event that’s eerily foreshadowed in the above ad from eight years earlier.
