Clippers' Barnes: Allen Iverson routinely spent $30-40K at strip clubs

Never accuse Allen Iverson of not being a philanthropist. We've apparently learned a little more about Iverson's charity, as the Clippers' Matt Barnes tells it in this wonderful feature written by Sports Illustrated's Chris Ballard.

There have been plenty of rumors in recent years about Iverson's financial position. It got so low that people started debating whether he was actually caught begging for change near a mall in Atlanta.

Going from throwing cash at strip clubs to begging for coins at strip malls is quite the downfall, even if the latter is just a rumor, which is likely the case. Regardless, Iverson will have money ... when he turns 55 years old and a trustfund worth about $32 million kicks in. 

You know what they say, though: You can't put a price on fun. Iverson enjoyed making it rain so much that he might have even practiced it.
