Bulls expected to sign veteran Hamilton

The Chicago Bulls continue to insist they're fine as is, not that they'd mind a little help.

To that end, Richard Hamilton could be the man.

The veteran guard is widely expected to sign with Chicago once his buyout with Detroit is finalized and join MVP Derrick Rose in the backcourt.

He would have to clear waivers and pass a physical, but the Bulls appear to be a fit. Center Joakim Noah says ''Rip's a hell of a player,'' and is confident management is ''doing the right things.''

Coach Tom Thibodeau says he's ''more than happy with the group we have here.''
