Bosh confident he will be ready for start of next season

Chris Bosh's season ended unexpectedly with blood clots in his lungs, but the Miami Heat forward remained confident that he will be ready when next season begins.
"Yes, I will be ready on opening night," Bosh said during his appearance on "Inside the NBA" on Tuesday. "I'm looking forward to being the best version of myself in 2015-2016 at the start."
Bosh missed the final two months of the regular season after he complained of discomfort at All-Star Weekend. Tests revealed that he had blood clots in his lungs, but his condition was not life-threatening.
"This has given me time to think and reflect on my life and everything that's going on," Bosh said Tuesday. "I miss basketball right now and I think that's good for me."
The Heat, which missed the playoffs after making four straight trips to the Finals, should be a factor in the Eastern Conference next season. One of Miami's offseason goals is to re-sign point guard Goran Dragic, whom the Heat acquired during a midseason trade. Assuming he's back in the fold, Miami will have a solid starting five, with Dwyane Wade, Luol Deng, Bosh and emerging big man Hassan Whiteside.
