Yankees' Starlin Castro leaves game with leg injury

BOSTON (AP) Yankees second baseman Starlin Castro left Saturday's game against the Red Sox in the fifth inning after grabbing his right hamstring while rounding first base on a double.

Castro went into second and manager Joe Girardi and a trainer came out. They chatted briefly, and Castro was lifted replaced by pinch runner Ronald Torreyes, who went to second base in the bottom of the inning.
