Sad little Yankees fan tries to stop woman from cheering for Oakland A's

Please don't do this. Not now—not in this most trying time in a young child's life.

A young Yankees fan was put hard up against a wall of grief after Chris Coghlan pieced a two-run homer over the right field wall during Thursday's game at Yankee Stadium.

His sadness was then exacerbated by a nearby fan, who had the gall to clap for such an abominable occurence.

This a good baseball kid. If he's not happy, no one's happy - - which is a ruling tenet of sports fanship.
