Houston Astros shortstop and recent call-up Carlos Correa had a solid couple of games in Colorado. He had three hits and three RBIs on Wednesday and three stolen bases on Thursday -- becoming the third-youngest player ever to record that many steals in a game.
Apparently, Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki was impressed with the 20-year-old. Tulo, who is one of Correa’s idols, gave him a signed bat which read "You have a bright future ahead of you. Stay humble and keep working.”
I want to thank Troy Tulowitzki for the gift, a player I admire and look up to. I wish I can someday be like him. pic.twitter.com/MG4aSlkPP3
