Report: Chad Billingsley to return to Phillies, start Thursday

Philadelphia Phillies right-hander Chad Billingsley will reportedly be back on the bump this week.

After being sidelined with a shoulder injury for the past six weeks, MLB.com reports that Billingsley is slated to start for the Phillies on Thursday against the Milwaukee Brewers.

The 30-year-old righty has only made three starts for the Phillies this season, during which he's compiled an 0-2 record with 6.75 ERA and seven strikeouts.

In his most recent start on May 15, Billingsley allowed two earned runs over six innings.
