Mr. Met reportedly has joined those in the Kansas City Royals nation as those who are miffed at the New York Mets.
The mascot -- who was actually Steven Boldis, an actor -- spent 12 years in the role. He left his gig at the end of the 2015 season to take a construction job.
However, Boldis was not one of the 750 people affiliated in some form with the organization to receive a National League Championship ring.
