Some players slide headfirst into third base, while others lead with their feet. Mike Napoli prefers to use his face.
The Cleveland Indians' slugger legged out his 10th career triple on Tuesday night but didn't exactly stick the landing. He started his slide at a reasonable enough distance, but seemed to be slowed by the dirt before nearly flipping over.

They even showed their concern for Napoli by getting him this neck brace after the 6-2 win over the Chicago White Sox.
