Hanley Ramirez launches a huge HR, flexes and poses for a selfie while on deck

Hanley Ramirez had a pretty good night at the plate Wednesday, and so did a fan sitting behind it.

Ramirez launched a mammoth three-run homer in the Boston Red Sox's five-run third inning in a win over the Baltimore Orioles. And he found time to pose for a selfie with a fan while on deck before his next at-bat.

Ramirez also walked and singled in the 6-4 win that pulled the Red Sox back into a first-place tie with the Orioles in the AL East. All of which led to this postgame shower:
