David Ortiz says he's definitely not going to un-retire

David Ortiz announced that the 2016 MLB season would be his last in November of 2015. Now 40 years old in his 20th season in the majors, Big Papi is in the middle of a career year, hitting .332 at the All-Star break, with a career high in slugging percentage (.682). Ortiz can clearly still be a valuable part of the Red Sox, but he reiterated after the American League beat the National League 4-2 that he has no plans to change his mind and come back in 2017.
