Kolten Wong left Tuesday's game with a head contusion, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

"In the fifth inning, Wong raced back into shallow right field to make a swirling, lunging, and then falling catch on a looping fly ball.

He was slow to get up. Right fielder Jason Heyward motioned for a trainer to come out to the field to help Wong. By the time the trainer reached Wong and two other players, Wong had gotten to his feet and started to make his way off the field. Peter Bourjos walked beside him, bookending the second baseman with the trainer.”
