Cardinals OF faceplants while stealing second base

St. Louis Cardinals centerfielder Randal Grichuk stole second base in the fourth inning of Wednesday's Cardinals-Angels game, but he paid for it dearly with his face. 

Grichuk hit the ground a full five or six feet before the base and bounced his head off the dirt, losing his helmet in the process.
