Indians catcher Chris Gimenez and Oakland A's DH Billy Butler delivered one of the most entertaining at-bats of the week Sunday at Progressive Field, which ended with Butler being showered with boos after slamming a home run to left field.

The at-bat was briefly delayed when Butler kept stepping out of the box to exchange words with Gimenez, and the two players were separated by home plate umpire Tripp Gibson.

Butler won the argument decisively by blasting a solo home run, and he celebrated by shouting and emphatically tossing his bat. Gimenez was clearly upset and said after the game that he took offense to the way Butler was talking to him and the home plate umpire.
