A-Rod reportedly facing $100 million lawsuit from former brother-in-law

New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez is facing another legal issue.
Rodriguez's former brother-in-law has filed a $100,000,000 lawsuit against him, according to the New York Daily News.
Constantine Scurtis, the brother of Rodriguez's ex-wife Cynthia, alleges Rodriguez committed insurance and mortgage fraud in the aftermath of Hurricane Ike with Newport Property Ventures Ltd. -- a real estate business that was then run by Rodriguez and Scurtis.
Among Scurtis' other allegations: Rodriguez "wrongfully" forced Scurtis out of that real estate company in 2008 and recently filed a false tax return that resulted in the IRS putting a $388,000 lien on Scurtis' home.
The Daily News reports Scurtis' complaint accuses Rodriguez of "breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, civil conspiracy, unjust enrichment and tortious interference."
