Major League Soccer’s Orlando City are reportedly hoping to sign Paris Saint-Germain and Sweden striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic when his current contract expires next summer.

Orlando City are currently playing their first season in MLS and a move for one of soccer’s superstars would be another statement of intent after the club signed Brazilian attacking midfielder Kaka ahead of their debut season in MLS.

Italian website Tutto Mercato Web reports Orlando City want to bring Ibrahimovic to Florida, and the story follows last week’s report that the club’s majority owner, Flavio Augusto Da Silva, also wants to sign Real Madrid’s Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo.
