Motherwell v St Mirren preview

St Mirren defender Lee Mair is “touch and go”. Mair missed last

weekend’s defeat by Aberdeen with a knock while Jim Goodwin, who

suffered a knock during the game, has made good progress.

Midfielder Steven Thomson (calf) again misses out but Hugh Murray

and Aaron Mooy are pushing for involvement after playing 90 minutes

in a midweek bounce game. Motherwell have no new injury problems.

Only second-choice goalkeeper Lee Hollis (hip) and defender Steven

Saunders (Achilles) are missing from the first-team squad. Omar

Daley is looking to keep his place after scoring one and setting up

another in the 3-0 win over St Johnstone. St Mirren (from): Samson,
