Sean Atkins - Solid outing in win Atkins accrued five receptions (on eight targets) for 87 yards during Saturday's 49-24 win against Southern Miss.

Impact Atkins had his best outing of the season Saturday as he led the team in receptions, targets and receiving yards. He has clearly been Byrum Brown's favorite receiver this season, but the Bulls' commitment to the run has limited his ability to truly break out. He has 23 targets through three games, so all he needs is for the team to throw the ball more often.

Ta'Ron Keith - Scores in Saturday's win Keith notched eight carries for 53 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 49-24 win versus Southern Miss.

Impact Keith scored a three-yard touchdown Saturday, his third straight game with a touchdown. Even though he's receiving the fourth most carries on the team, Keith has been able to produce thanks to his utilization on the goal line. His lack of consistent touches is not ideal though as it significantly limits his upside.

Kelley Joiner - Leads backfield Saturday Joiner recorded 10 rushes for 117 yards and two touchdowns and reeled in 0 of 1 targets for zero yards during Saturday's 49-24 win versus Southern Miss.

Impact Even though Joiner received the third most carries on the team -- behind quarterback Byrum Brown and Nay'Quan Wright -- he led the team in rushing yards and scored a pair of touchdowns, his second game this season with multiple scores. Even though the Bulls are currently utilizing a committee in the backfield, Joiner has proved that he can be productive even without a massive amount of touches.

Nay'Quan Wright - Productive in Saturday's win Wright notched 15 carries for 105 yards and one touchdown and hauled in all three targets for 11 yards during Saturday's 49-24 victory against Southern Miss.

Impact Wright was one of three productive Bulls' running backs Saturday and led the backfield with 15 carries. He was out rushed by Kelley Joiner, but he still got over 100 rushing yards and scored his second touchdown of the season. He also caught three passes for the second straight game. While the Bulls clearly are sporting a committee in the backfield, Wright has been receiving enough work to still produce in spite of that.

Byrum Brown - Excellent in Sunday's win Brown completed 19 of 29 passes for 193 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 49-24 win versus Southern Miss. He also had 15 rushes for 72 yards with one touchdown.

Impact Brown had his best outing of the season Saturday as he threw his first two touchdown passes of the season and set season highs in completion percentage and passing yardage. He continued to produce on the ground too as he ran for over 70 yards for the third straight game. He finally put together an elite performance that was expected of him heading into the season. After a tough matchup versus Miami this Saturday, he heads into conference play where he should be able to produce at a high level on a consistent basis.
