Cameron Dorner - Records second touchdown of year Dorner notched four yards and a touchdown on his only reception during Saturday's 33-30 overtime victory against Western Michigan.

Impact After a 98-yard performance in week 1, Dorner was a lot less quiet this week, but still scored a key touchdown in North Texas's overtime win. The senior should continue to play a key role in the offense this year, despite the low output this week.

Kiefer Sibley - Rushing touchdown in win Sibley accrued seven rushes for 38 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 33-30 overtime victory against Western Michigan.

Impact Sibley has found the end zone in both games to start the year, averaging over five yards a carry in each contest as well. The Texas native does seem to be playing the backup role, though, as Makenzie McGill more than doubled him in carries.

Makenzie McGill II - Over 100 yards on the ground McGill notched 16 rushes for 102 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 33-30 overtime win over Western Michigan.

Impact After being almost nonexistent in week 1, McGill had a very strong performance Saturday, leading the Mean Green in carries and tallying his second-career 100-yard rushing game. The sophomore has also now found the end zone two weeks in a row after scoring ten times last year.

Drew Mestemaker - Two touchdowns in overtime win Mestemaker completed 18 of 33 passes for 224 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 33-30 overtime victory against Western Michigan. He also had five rushes for 24 yards.

Impact Mestemaker wasn't as efficient this week as he was in the season opener, but was still able to lead the Mean Green to a tough road win and record another multi-touchdown performance. The redshirt freshman has also done a good Job of protecting the football in his first season as the starter, not turning the ball over so far this year.

Jalen Buckley - 112 rushing yards in OT loss Buckley compiled 30 carries for 112 yards during Saturday's 33-30 overtime defeat to North Texas.

Impact Buckley was utilized heavily in the loss to the Mean Green, especially with the quarterback position struggling early on. The 5-foot-11 running back commanded the most carries for the Broncos by a long shot, which helped him surpass 100 yards for the first time this season. Western Michigan will likely lean on the run once again versus Illinois next week.
