Joseph Williams - Another elite performance Williams posted five receptions (on nine targets) for 158 yards and three touchdowns during Thursday's 38-31 defeat versus East Carolina.
Impact Williams broke out during the Golden Hurricane's last game -- catching six passes for 112 yards and a touchdown -- and proved on Thursday that was not a fluke performance. He caught three touchdowns in the game, a 39-yard score late in the second quarter, a 14-yard reception late in the third quarter, and then a 50-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter that took the 31-24 lead. He also led the team in targets and receiving yards. The true freshman has clearly found a great connection with Cooper Legas late in the season and could be in for a highly productive end to the season as a result.

Kamdyn Benjamin - Shut down versus ECU Benjamin gathered in 3 of 8 targets for 11 yards during Thursday's 38-31 loss to East Carolina.
Impact Benjamin had by far his worst outing of the season Thursday as he gained just 16 yards from scrimmage, easily his fewest this season. He was still targeted eight times -- he has been targeted at least seven times in every game this season -- however he and Cooper Legas were just not in sync. He will look to bounce back next Saturday at South Florida.

Cooper Legas - Productive in Thursday's loss Legas was 20-for-32 passing for 293 yards, three touchdowns and one interception during Thursday's 38-31 loss versus East Carolina. He also had 13 rushes for 43 yards.
Impact Legas had a productive outing Thursday as he threw for nearly 300 yards and tossed three touchdowns, bringing him up to 856 passing yards and 10 touchdowns through his three starts this season. He also added a solid 43 yards on the ground. After nearly leading another upset win, Legas appears to have locked up the starting job for the final two games of the season.

Anthony Smith - 84 yards in win Smith recorded three receptions (on seven targets) for 84 yards during Thursday's 38-31 victory against Tulsa.
Impact Smith continued his nice run of form Thursday as he went for 84 yards, bringing him up to 305 over the last three games combined. 69 of his yards came on a pair of catches on the second drive of the game, one of which went for 47 yards. Smith will likely be heavily involved during the final two regular season games, especially if Chase Sowell (hamstring) is forced to miss any time.

Winston Wright Jr. - Productive in Thursday's win Wright hauled in all nine targets for 68 yards and one touchdown during Thursday's 38-31 victory over Tulsa.
Impact Wright had one of his best performances of the season in Thursday's win. He caught a season-high nine passes and scored a touchdown in his sixth consecutive outing. With Chase Sowell (hamstring) leaving the game with an injury, Wright could continue to see high volume next Saturday at North Texas if Sowell is forced to miss the game.
