ImpactDavis is no stranger to producing for the Mustangs, as the TCU transfer started all 26 games he appeared in last year, recording 14.7 ppg and 6.7 apg. He's had to shoulder more of the load early in 2020-21, however, as backcourt mate Tyson Jolly has been sidelined due to personal issues. The Mustangs have been coy about the exact reasons for Jolly's absence, but as long as he's out, Davis' usage will skyrocket. Things are about to get a bit tougher for SMU, however, as matchups against Dayton (Dec. 5) and Vanderbilt (Dec. 8) are on the horizon.
