Canadian grappler Mark Bocek will fight a little closer to home when he returns to action on April 16 at the TUF Nations Finale when he faces Evan Dunham in a lightweight on the upcoming card.
UFC officials announced the new bout on Thursday.
Bocek (11-5) returns to the Octagon for the first time in over a year with his last fight taking place all the way back in November 2012. The Canadian veteran was expected to fight last year, but injuries mounted that forced him to skip all of 2013.

Now Bocek hopes for a much better 2014 when he gets back in the cage to start his new year in April.
Evan Dunham (14-5) will travel to the great white north when he faces Bocek in Quebec City, Quebec in April while trying to find some consistency after going just 1-3 in his last four fights. Once a promising lightweight contender, Dunham has fallen on harder times of late with back-to-back losses to Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone and Rafael Dos Anjos, but the Las Vegas based fighter will try to erase those bad memories at Bocek’s expense.
The UFC has not announced a final bout order for the upcoming TUF Nations Finale card, but more fights will be added to the show in the coming weeks.
